Move over kids, our fun-loving furry friends will take centre stage this coming Saturday (March 21, 2015) for the third annual Easter Dog Parade<\/a><\/strong> at Gladstone Park, Balmain, Sydney.<\/p>\n

The Easter Dog Parade<\/strong><\/a> sees pooches and their human pals strut their stuff on the red carpet<\/strong>, each vying for the prize for Best Trick, Fluffiest Dog, Waggiest Tail, Happiest Dog, Best Dancer, Best Biscuit Catcher, Best Impersonation of a Day (by a human), Best Six Legs\u2014plus stacks of other fun categories. And let\u2019s not forget the Dog and Bonnet competition<\/strong> (runs from 10am-12pm)!<\/p>\n

Whether your dog\u2019s going to don an Easter bonnet or pull out all the stops with full-blown fancy dress, it\u2019s sure to be an egg-cellent day. There will be stalls, a flamenco guitarist for you to kick your heels up to, doggy massage for tired pups, face painting, dog demonstrations, a sausage sizzle (of course!) and even Zoltar\u2014the dog psychic.<\/p>\n

While our four-legged friends might take precedence over the kids, there\u2019s still plenty of fun for little people<\/strong>\u2014like the kids bonnet making table. And at sunset you\u2019re invited to kick back with your pooch, pals and kiddies to watch one of two G-rated family films.<\/p>\n
