Taking place on Saturday September 5th<\/sup> at Jan Powers Farmers Markets, Manly Harbour, Brisbane<\/strong>, Woofstock<\/strong><\/a> is a festival for our barking buddies and each year it gets the waggy-tail seal of approval.<\/p>\n

Now in its fifth year, Woofstock<\/strong><\/a> offers dogs and pet owners a fun few hours. From the \u2018Waggiest Tail\u2019 to \u2018Doggys Got Talent\u2019, there are a host of competitions and events to take part in or sit back and enjoy.<\/p>\n

Dave Daly, Director of Woofstock Australia, tells Zookie, \u201cWoofstock is a international idea. I had seen Woofstock events all around the world, but not here in Australia, so I decided to have a go at setting it up. I registered the name and away we went! It\u2019s just a great, fun idea\u2026dogs and people love it!<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

Although, Dave says the real excitement is this year\u2019s special guest<\/strong>. \u201cWe have medium and animal communicator Amanda De Warren<\/a><\/strong> coming along. You can meet with her and she can channel past pets or communicate with your pet on day. This will be amazing!\u201d<\/p>\n
