This year\u2019s Sydney Dog Lovers Show<\/strong> takes place at The Hordern Pavilion in Moore Park<\/strong> this weekend (Aug 6-7<\/strong>) and sees our favourite animal experts come together for a weekend of furry fun, entertainment and education\u2014all revolving around our barking buddies.<\/p>\n

CEO and Founder of the Show Jason Humphris says, \u201cA love of dogs is something that unites literally millions of Australians because they enrich our lives, contribute a wide range of benefits to the community and make us fundamentally happier.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also promises the pooch paradise will be even bigger and better than last year, with more celebrity and canine talent ever seen under one wroof in Sydney.<\/p>\n

Headlining the Sydney Dog Lovers Show is Dr Chris Brown, Dr Katrina Warren, the Village Vets<\/strong> and celebrity dog trainer Peta Clarke<\/strong> and while visitors are unfortunately unable to bring their dogs<\/strong>, there will be lots of opportunity to get up close and paw-sonal with some beautiful breeds of dog.<\/p>\n

Prepare to be wowed by a World Record Attempt at Extreme Dog High Jump<\/strong>, featuring pooches from the Australian Working Dog Rescue<\/strong>, bowled over by the Scent Dog Spectacular<\/strong>, and potentially go home with a new pooch, thanks to the CANIDAE Rescue Dog Zone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Everyone\u2019s favourite\u2014the Pat-APooch Zone is back<\/strong> and is the perfect place to go to cuddle and connect with a wide range of beautiful breeds. If that\u2019s not enough, the world\u2019s premier canine aquatics competition, DockDogs presented by BlackHawk<\/strong>, invites visitors to watch Australia\u2019s most talented dogs attempt some of the longest jumps, highest leaps and fastest water retrievals ever witnessed \u2013 launching off an elevated dock into a massive 100,000 litre swimming pool!<\/p>\n

With over 200 exhibitors, there are endless opportunities and ideas to spoil your pooch.
