Grab your fur baby and head to Mrs Macquarie’s Point (Fleet steps) to enjoy some booming opera tunes, strike a pose for the doggy photo booth and if your canine is game—get them dressed up for the fashion parade.

Opera Australia will be selecting the top 10 finalists to take part in a fashion parade across the Handa Opera Stage, with the top three finalists being photographed for the ‘Great Wall’

Doggie Day Out at the Opera is sure to be a pawfect day out for canines and their parents. In particular, a performance of Nessun Dorma from Handa Opera on the harbour Turandot sung by Opera Australia principal artist Simon Kim is sure to delight dog and human ears.
