Pug
Big dog-ittude in a small body—the Pug has a compact, square, cobby body, big bone structure and thick, wrinkly skin. Well-known for its short-muzzled face and curly tail, Pugs are friendly and gentle dogs.Suitable for families with little ones, Pugs love to play and often follow their owners around like a shadow. Pugs can be quite lazy, enjoying frequent Nanna naps!
You must be very careful to avoid overfeeding with this breed. Also, many dogs have skin problems and may need to be on special diets.
The smooth, short-haired coat is easy to groom with a firm-bristle brush and shampoo (when necessary). Dry thoroughly after a bath so the dog doesn't get too chilly. Pugs do tend to shed so a good vacuum cleaner is a must! The creases on your Pug's face will also need a regular clean.
